Google India MD - Shailesh Rao On Google Search, Docs & Orkut!

Yes we is Back! And Back With a Bang! Guess we caught up with this week?? (ok i know you read the title but just cant help our excitement!) Yes its none other than the Man heading the worlds largest search engine for India. Mr.Shailesh Rao Google India MD. And Boy oh boy did we ask him some tough questions :)

Here are the questions we googled at Mr.Google..

1) According to you, What is the future of local search in India?

2) What can be added to Local Search in terms of new innovations?

3) With Googles Ads CTR’s (Click Through Rates) dipping down what is google doing to increase public response to its ads?

4) Who is the target audience for a product like Google docs and spreadsheets? Is it the Corporate or The Consumer?

5) Google has always been known for its innovations. But recent features of Orkut (Opening API, Privacy etc) seems to be heavily inspired by Facebook. Is Google getting too big for Innovations?

Check out his answers in the WATShow below: (Turn ON your speakers!)
